Fintech
Client: Deloitte - for a Fintech client (NDA)Based in multiple cities
Workshop held in Milan
The Challenge
The company had gathered teams from the HQ and a main branch to work on internal ideas to improve productivity. Only four teams were selected to take their idea to the next level and come up with a prototype in only one day, a difficult task for corporates as it required a whole new way of thinking and doing.
The Solution
Exposing the participants to the meaning and benefits of prototyping, the different ways of doing it and supporting them in selecting the medium, focus and storytelling to pitch to the CFO. One idea was selected to go through and get implemented internally.

Sportstech
Client: SportscientiaBased in Singapore
Workshop held in Nicosia
The Challenge
Sportscientia was missing focus and direction, having a team scattered around 3 continents, from people to partners and a big vision, which slowed down their process and go-to-market strategy.
The Solution
We gathered the entire team to go through a visioning session and compressed sprint focused on alining the team on a set of goals and common vision, defining the audience, and selecting 2 solutions to validate, then define tasks and focus points to move forward in the R&D and launch strategy.
